Miracles
Butterflies that flit about
Laughter from a child's mouth
Birds hanging in the breeze
Tell me, do you think of these?
Sunsets shared on the beach
The glory of a mountain peak
The magic in a flake of snow
Are these places that you go?
Lost in clouds made of cotton
Friends far away, but not forgotten
Raindrops falling on your face
Are these allowed in your space?
The pleasure in a gentle touch
Flowers and trees and stars and such
Secret places that you find
Miracles are in your mind.
